DELIVERY

We will endeavor ourselves in delivering your order to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail with a minimum delivery charge of £10.
The rest of the World orders are shipped by Royal Mail with a minimum delivery charge of £20. Therefore your order is insured and a tracking number can be provided to check the progress of the delivery should you require it by emailing us at

Depending on availability of items and after address and credit verification all order received before 1600 GMT will be shipped the same day orders received after that time will be shipped next working day.
Orders received past 1600 GMT on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday therefore be delivered on Tuesday. If we experience any delay we will contact you and keep you posted on the progress of your order.

Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

Unsuitable unworn items with original price tag still attached to it may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. In order to be able to return an item you must email us at returns@miragelondon.com, within 48 hours of receiving the good. We will then generate a Return Authorization Reference Number (RARN)  which you will have to write down on your original receipt and return it together with the item (in its original packaging). If you fail to comply with our return / exchange policy the item will be return to you and no return nor exchange will be consented.

Unsuitable unworn shoes will not be refunded or exchanged unless returned in their original box.

Unsuitable unworn Jewellery purchased on our website will have to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the good.

Please send back all returns to Mirage, 77 Egerton Gardens, London, SW3 2BY for the attention of GERALDINE DELEVAUX. We advise you to send the goods back by registered post/ Courier company as Mirage will not be held responsible in the event of loss or damage of parcel during transportation. Postal costs are at your expenses and Mirage will not reimburse these costs unless if we are guilty of providing you with incorrectly supplied or faulty goods.

Should you require a refund Mirage will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

We are happy to provide you with a Credit note on return of overdue goods (goods returned after 14 days of our dispatch date). Nevertheless such procedures would be entirely at our management's discretion.

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEM

Policy remains same as above but goods must be returned within 7 days of the date you received a (RARN) Return Authorization Reference Number.
