Website and it replaces any other oral or written agreements we may
have had with you for the supply of the Website. |

such other party we reasonably believe has authorised you to act on
its behalf in entering this agreement. |

shown on the website are the property of their individual owner

The Company will accept all major credit and debit
cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta
and Solo. |

Delivery times are 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Monday to
Saturday. Although every effort is made to deliver your items in
time the Company accepts no responsibility for delays due to
reasons beyond its immediate control. The Company cannot accept
responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to
insufficient information provided or third party delays. The
signature of any person at the place of delivery shall constitute
proof of delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you at the place of
delivery. |

Use of the website or otherwise does not arise
until payment has been made in full of all sums owed by you to the
Company. |

Unless indicated otherwise all our prices include
V.A.T. |

This agreement constitutes the entire
understanding and contract between the parties hereto and any
change or variation or modification (the "revised terms") shall
only be binding on the Company if first it was in writing and
signed by the Company or the revised terms were made by the Company
and your use of the website thereafter without immediate written
objection to the Company is your acknowledgement of your consent to
accept the revised terms |

A person who is not a party to this agreement (a
third party) has no right under the Contract (Rights of Third
Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement, but this
does not effect any right or remedy of a third party which exists
or is available apart from that Act. |

The website and this agreement shall be governed
and operated in accordance with the law of England and Wales and
each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of
those courts which shall for the purpose of this agreement be the
only courts with competent jurisdiction |

If any provision of this agreement is held to be
illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable (in full or in part) by any
court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, that
provision shall to that extent not be deemed to form part of this
agreement but the enforceability of the remainder of this agreement
shall not be affected. |

Without prejudice to any other more particular
clause in this agreement the Company expressly excludes liability
for all consequential loss or damage which may arise or for loss of
profit, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. |

This website and its contents may only be used for
personal non-commercial use. Without the express written permission
of the Company reproduction in whole or in part of the website is
wholly prohibited. |

All technical and other specifications are
supplied by the Company in good faith. The Company cannot accept
responsibility for errors. Whilst the Company tries to ensure that
all information is accurate, errors may occur. |

No waiver by the Company under this agreement of
any failure by the Customer to observe and perform any obligations
or condition shall be deemed a waiver of any proceeding or
succeeding breach of the same or of any other obligation or
condition. |

Both parties shall be released from their
respective obligations in the event of a national emergency, war
and prohibitive government regulation or for any cause beyond the
reasonable control of the parties or either of them renders the
performance of the contract impossible whereupon all monies due
under this agreement shall be paid immediately |
